ecofont

being a Christian, i cling on to the promise that Christ will one day return for us, and that this earth is merely temporal. hence i do not really suscribe to things like "save the earth or there will not be sufficient resources for future generations...." the world will end one day, for sure and in God's perfect timing..so such attempts are futile.

2 Peter 3:10  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

of course, use all things in moderation and prevent wastage when you can. this is a basic virtue of frugality. and im in support of saving trees too :)

well, today i came across a "eco-friendly" FONT, introduced here.

ecofont_voorbeeld_klein

"how much of a letter can be removed while maintaining readability? After extensive testing with all kinds of shapes, the best results were achieved using small circles. After lots of late hours (and coffee) this resulted in a font that uses up to 20% less ink."

im not sure if it works, but i guess if it claims to save up to 20% less ink, its worth a try!
