jumps jumps jumps!!!!!!

for those who know us, this post will probably enlighten u pretty much about PP and i :)

PP bought this calendar for me on my 22nd birthday. when i first received it, i felt confused because i don't know what he expects me to do with it. however, it has now turned out to be a very lovely, and important part in our walk together..where at the start of each month, we reshuffle the calendar, giving thanks for what is over and committing the coming month to Him in prayer.

special dates get special red backings! and for this month (july), the number 20 has a special red backing BECAUSE....its the day we chose our flat!!!!!!!!! and we got a flat!!!!!!!ahhhhhhhhhhH!!!!!!!!! im sitting down, very cool and calm on the surface as i type this..but seriously, i feel like jumping around crazily! haha. mad woman.

well, there is feedback about the distance, the pricing etc...humph...HL, sometimes i feel like u did after all the aunties commented about ur purchase :( wel, whatever it is, God has led us there and that is where we will be. and MADAM was way much more excited than we were la haha!! in her own words: COOL! welcome to the WONDERFUL northeastern part of Singapore! lolol... :)

Lord, we are so undeserving of this. thank u for ur provision each step of the way. help us to use what u have given us, to be a blessing to others!

graduation

there are so many "major" happenings that i wish to update you all about, but alas, time forbids me! haha. just a short picture post of my graduation!

PP knows me best and bought me one stalk of daisy. i really cannot stand the sight (and smell) of a bunch of flowers withering away so this is the best alternative! and that is my handsome brother!

how do i feel? i guess the best word to describe would be "relief". i din flunk or do anything disastrous, considering how much i hate studying! thank God...so much...

to those who are still studying, ur time will come~! but it really isn't a big thing to look forward to, because studying gives u alot more freedom than u have while working :)

realised that ive been carried away by work. glad for this off day to sit down and think..and rest, and reflect...take my mind off work. tuesdays are so precious to me! people-in-my-life days..hehe..

there was nice scenery but i couldn't properly capture them due to lack of skill. haven't used jija-jija for a loong time..

this beautiful kingfisher just landed above us and all i could afford was one shot and he flew off :( couldn't capture the colours properly. wat a waste!

 

the food is great, they served us bread with yummylicious pastel sauce, service was excellent, ambience was lovely. PP and i were not too wel before tt with some communication breakdown and misunderstandings... spending good quality time helps sometimes. thank u PP, for bringing me here :)

camp echo day 1

its been soooooo long since i last blogged because i am so swamped and drained with work :( this makes esther a very unhappy girl! i really hope this will tide over soon. there has been so many things that i would like to update here, but im so constrained..boo...

well, let me start with my church camp! ive been intending to do some sort of an individual "camp echo". 6 days of camp is obviously insufficient and hence im trying to "stretch" the goodness of the camp for as long as i can, hehe ;)

day 1~

thank God first of all for a safe trip up to malacca. the aircon in the bus broke down briefly, there were a few hiccups with checking in, but on the whole, we can only say thank God :) i was sooooo looking forward to the rest of the week!

highlight? when i arrived and approached the playground, i suddenly felt someone hugging my legs! *warm-fuzzy-feeling* heehee!~

and isn't this just SOOOOO CUTE???? i love this photo soo soo much! it makes me smile just looking at it :)

of cos, we really missed a certain auntie :) :)

even our darling misses the auntie and is very much attracted to her :)

and there was a blessed conversation with someone :)

seriously, who would have known? it can only be the working of the Lord...
